How Review Requests Work
Automatically request reviews and track who's left feedback.

Send a Review Request
Click Send Request to email a review link to any lead. They get a personalized email asking them to leave a review on your chosen platform.

Track Who Has Responded
The table shows each request — who it was sent to, when, their review platform, and whether they've clicked the link yet.

Set It and Forget It (Optional)
Enable Auto Review Requests in Settings → Review Requests to automatically send review requests after appointments are completed, with a follow-up SMS if no response in 3 days.
