How the Leads Pipeline Works
Drag leads through stages to track your sales process.

Lead Comes Into "New"
Every new lead from your website form, booking page, Facebook ads, or manual entry lands in the New column automatically.

Drag to Update Status
Click and drag a lead card to move it through the stages:

Click a Lead for Details
Click any lead card to view their full details, send emails, book appointments, add notes, or change their assigned service.

Automations Run in Background
While leads move through your pipeline, the system is working automatically — sending follow-up emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and appointment reminders based on your automation settings.
Go to the Automations page to configure what gets sent and when.
